It is our aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving payment Monday to Friday. Please be aware that delivery times vary, please allow time for your parcel to arrive.

Dispatch times are in our hands, Delivery times are not.

UK SHIPPING METHODS

We ship majority of orders via Fast Way Courier, this is a Next Day service for UK mainland. We have a maximum Delivery charge of £6.96 for UK Mainland up to 20KG. For International Orders we use Royal Mail Signed or Fast Way Courier.

Your postage will be automatically charged when you proceed throughout checkout, however if an occasion should arrive whereby you are not charged the correct amount, an invoice will be raised for the excess amount PRIOR to dispatch.

INSURANCE

All Parcels will be signed for and have basic Insurance applied.

Delivery times are estimated and supplied by the Postal service provider. Please allow 28 days for Delivery.

OVERSEAS BUYERS

Please be aware delivery times within Europe, USA, Australia and Canada differ from those in the UK.

Should your parcel arrive damaged, please notify us immediately. Please retain all packaging and the damaged items as the courier may need to view these for proof of damage. Please be prepared to take photographs of any damaged items.

All Damage claims should be made with 48 hours of receipt. Upon receipt of your claim we will ask you for photographs of the damaged goods and will replace the damaged items. Refunds are not available for damaged items, only replacements upon return and receipt of the goods

All parcels dispatched must now have tracking details. In the unlikely event of a missing parcel we will contact, and raise a claim with the courier agent.

Please note; this can only be done providing you have chosen a postal option which includes insurance. Signed for items are only insured to the value of £36.00 . Standard Parcels are insured up to the value of £36.00 , unless extra insurance is opted for.

Once a claim has been verified by the courier agent, we will replace or refund the lost items.

COMBINED SHIPPING

We will always endeavour to combine shipping on any permitting items. Please be aware that some items can not be combined, If we regard the shipping cost to be too high, or too low, you will be invoiced, or refunded any excess amounts.
